Dedusting Duct Systems

Sizing according to design program using the Static Regain Method for high air velocities

  • Optimal duct sizing
  • Accurate calculation of the required static pressure
  • Correct fan selection

Pipes, bends, branch pieces and accessories from different materials; wall thicknesses, connected with bolt clamps or flanges, are produced to suit each application.

The use of suitably sized and positioned ducts is critical for the system’s economical and continuous operation, since under-dimensioning results in increased power consumption and excess wear, while over-dimensioning results in pipe blockages.

Rectangular ducting

  • Galvanised steel, folded, wall thickness: 0,6-1,25mm
  • Mild steel St37-2 painted, Welded, wall thickness: 2-3mm
  • Assembly: SB, flanges

Pipe systems

  • Galvanised steel/ Stainless steel AISI304/316, longitudinally lock formed,
    wall thickness: 0,6-1,25mm
  • Mild steel St37-2 painted / Stainless steel AISI304/316, Welded,
    wall thickness: 2-3mm
  • Assembly: Rings, flanges

De dusting / Material handling, duct systems

Ducting material, wall thickness and assembly are defined by the type of the conveyed material
